Policies

We strive to take pictures accurately showing the colors of each item, however we cannot control what you see on your monitor/phone.  Every device is different, so if you have any questions about colors please ask before placing your order. 


PAYMENT

Payment is due at time of purchase.   

We accept payment via PayPal. It's safe and free and you do not have to be a member. 


SHIPPING

Shipping can be combined as long as multiple items are being sent at the same time, to the same address.

  

PROCESSING TIME 

The time it takes to complete your order (if made to order) before we can package to ship. This will vary based on how many orders are ahead of you and the time of year. 


ADDRESS CHANGE:

If you entered the wrong address when filling out your order, don’t panic, but please DO contact us ASAP to correct the address.  If, however,  we have already shipped your package, it will be your responsibility to contact USPS and if the package gets sent back to us you will need to pay for return shipping.


TRACKING:

When your order ships you should receive an email that includes your USPS tracking number.  You must give us your email address to receive this information. 


OTHER SHIPPING NOTES:

Once your package is accepted by the Post Office, the speed in which you receive it, is out of our control. Please keep in mind that USPS is a stand alone business and Tracey's Tracery has no control over their policies. 

We cannot be held responsible for any USPS lost packages. Please contact USPS if you think your package has been lost in the mail. If you think your package was stolen from your porch or mailbox you will need to file a police report.

 It is not Tracey's Tracery's responsibility to contact USPS about a lost/missing package.  As mentioned above, all of our packages are sent with tracking and insurance for this reason.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your non-personalized purchase please contact us within 3 days of receiving your items.

Due to the custom nature of our items returns are on a case by case basis. 
A return must be approved.  Do not just return an item without contacting us and going through our process.  We are not a huge company who can absorb buyers remorse.
Please contact us with all evidence showing why you wish to return.  Most returns are limited to us spelling something wrong.  

If you must return an item for any reason it needs to be received, by us, within 10 days of it being delivered to you, in the same good/new condition we sent it out. 

If the item you receive is damaged please immediately take photos and contact us.   Your item will be shipped with USPS insurance and they will require proof of damages for a claim to be filed. 

Custom/Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless we made an error on spelling.


CUSTOMS/DUTIES/TARIFFS:

Customers are responsible for all customs and duties due.


DIGITAL

If you have purchased any of my digital patterns, I strongly suggest you always keep a backup of digital files.  I use Dropbox for all of my file backups. http://db.tt/BTVWzr0V

All digital sales are final
